What is the age requirement for volunteering?

Volunteers must be at least 18 to volunteer on their own. 
 

Volunteers aged 12 to 17: You can volunteer! But you will have to be accompanied by a parent or your legal guardian throughout your shift.
 

Volunteers under 12: Unfortunately you will have to wait a little longer ... People under 12 cannot be Volunteer on a Spartan Race.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The discount / free pass code you receive at the end of your Volunteer mission is only valid for Spartan Race adult races. Kids races are not included.

Volunteers who have received their free / discount code must abide by the Spartan Race rules for the use of the codes and the rules of the races they register afterwards.

If you have young children, you will not be able to bring them during your shift.
