What happens if I lose my timing chip?

If you lose your timing chip, please notify the timing/results team at the event. 

If the changes have still not been taken into account, send a request to the Spartan support ([e-mail]) with the following information:

1. Event raced
2. Start time
3. Your estimated time on finishing
4. If you participated as a team, can you tell us the name of one or several persons who: started / finished the race by your side (name, surname, mail, bib number, etc.)
5. The e-mail address you specified during registration

The chip is very important, so be careful when you receive it checking in and fix it safely to your wrist with the provided bands.
